I’m just coming here to vent a little bit. I’ve seen a few actors lie on their Actors Access/Resume about their credits, where the credit is streaming, and/or the size of their credit. And I’ve seen it under the same Management. Has anyone else seen people do that? How is that fair? And how do they not get caught?

I came to the UK when I was 20 years old. I'm 29 now. I finished drama school here and got an agent. But I look at my non-acting friends and how they're doing, and then I feel the shift towards a more nationalistic spirit in the UK, and it makes me feel really dumb. If you average out all the acting jobs I've had over…

Hello everyone, I filmed this self tape of a scene from La La Land. I would love some feedback to see if I did a good job/have potential as an actor. I hate looking at my own face on camera so I feel like I can’t be unbiased in judging myself. I know I'm supposed to be more in the center of the screen as well as have a…

Hello everyone, I'm a character actor with about 15 years of off-and-on experience. Before a single line is spoken, your body is already telling the audience a story — which is why the world's great actor training traditions all treat movement as foundational craft, not an elective. If you have ever wondered what those technique names on workshop flyers actually mean, here is your map. Laban Movement…
