Rather than typing your credits in one by one, the Repopulator goes and looks for them. It searches the places your work is already listed, brings back what it finds, and offers each one for you to accept or reject. Nothing is added to your site until you say so. Confirm the profiles that are genuinely yours and dismiss the ones that are not, and the ones you dismiss will not be offered again.
