Everyone who has signed up through the form on your website, in one list. If you connect a Mailchimp audience under Settings then Integrations, new signups are added to it automatically and you can write to them from there. Without that connection the names are still collected here and are yours to export. If the audience you connected is later deleted inside Mailchimp, this page will say so rather than quietly stopping, and you can pick another one.
