Tying a crew member to a film, or to none
A crew member can belong to one film or to none at all. Leave the film blank for somebody you work with often and they stay available for whatever you make next. Attach them to a film and they appear on that film's site. This is why the list is worth keeping even between projects: a regular collaborator entered once is a person you never type in again.
