First time director here. I have been in multiple productions but only two have had any kind of “table work” and both were very different. For my first directing venture I’d like to facilitate table work but am not really sure how to approach it. I have a list of some very basic discussion questions for each actor (wha…

I could really use some advice. I'm a local indie filmmaker who's completed several independent short films, some of which have screened at film festivals, and I'm currently developing my first feature. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Film and Television Production in December 2019. After graduation, COVID-19 d…

Yesterday I got a call from my manager that a casting director wanted to meet me! After further research (IMDBpro) I learned she has won an Emmy for casting and has had other Artios award nominations for casting. I’m wondering how rare this is for a Non-Union actor who has just begun his professional acting career?

Obviously voice f…

Am I overthinking this? I’ve been signed with my agent for 3 years, and they always post when one of their clients books or releases a project. Ever since I signed, I couldn’t wait for the day my headshot would be in one of those posts. It was just a little milestone I’d always hoped to reach. Well…it finally happened.…

One topic that comes up all the time is whether you still need to move to LA to become a voice actor.
